Closing Dates Extended5 November 2004 1:19am To overcome confusion created by conflicting information the closing date for ?prompt entries? has been extended to Thursday 25 November. Late entries will be accepted until Monday 29 November. After this no further entries will be accepted. |

Entries Open25 October 2004 10:50pm The online entries system for the championships is now open. Those from each school entering athletes into the competition will need the user name and password issued to them for this year’s Cross Country Championships. If you do not still have this information you will need to contact oe@nzssaa.org.nz to organise for your user name and password to be sent to your school. This process is faster if you send your request from a school e-mail address. To get started, visit “Online Entries” on the left, or go to this link. You will need to have your school’s user name and password ready. |
T-Shirt Order Form22 October 2004 3:31am College Games organisers are handling all merchandise orders. They must be made separately using the form available below. Orders and payment should be sent to the Hamilton address specified on the form. Please note that designs are not available yet. Also, if you wish to collect orders during the College Games you must order by 10 November to avoid a courier charge. |

Amenities Map & Athletes Forum11 June 2004 11:26am A map detailing the amenities available at the Cross Country Championships is available. The Athletes Forum and brief managers meeting are at Kavanagh College just round the corner from Otago Boys High School as earlier announced. We are still awaiting a decision about the prize giving which may also be being transfered to that venue. |
