Notice of AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the New Zealand Secondary Schools Athletics Association will be held on 7 December immediately following the Managers’ Meeting at the same venue. Please make arrangements to allow the time to attend this meeting. A healthy association depends on people being informed of the association’s activities and active in the decision making.

The agenda will include the election of officers including the regional representatives. The Auckland/Waikato based executive will be nominated for re-election for 2008.

The regional representatives from Southern North Island, Alec McNab, and Southern South Island, Glen Ward are available for re-election but the Northern South Island is vacant with the retirement of Graeme Ford. The nominee should be a teacher involved with secondary school athletics residing and working in the South Island from Timaru northwards. Please send nominations to administrator@nzssaa.org.nz by 16 November.

If there are any remits/changes to the rules of competition they should be sent to the above email address by 2 November.
