Scratchings

To perform scratchings log into your team area. Visit the Browse Entries page. To scratch athletes from particular events use the ‘Edit’ link. To delete an athlete entirely from the Championships use the ‘Delete’ link on the Browse Entries page. Both of these functions are irreversable.

Entries Closed & Scratchings

Entries have closed and scratchings must be made by those responsible for the entries by logging into the OE system.

Competitors not scratched from individual events by 3 December will be expected to compete in all their events. Only complete scratchings from the Championships will be accepted on the Friday night. The only allowances given in respect to this rule are for athletes who are injured during the competition, in which case they must make a request to the Referee giving sufficient time for the matter to be considered. Also athletes who have gained places in Sunday track finals should be advised to withdraw from a Road Race.

Prompt entries close on Friday night

Please take note of the following important dates:

Friday 14 November
Prompt entries closes. Any entries invoiced after midnight will have the additional late entry fee of $50.00 per athlete applied.

Friday 28 November
Final day that Late Entries will be accepted. Payments in the last few days will need to be made by Credit Card or Internet Payment as the P.O. Box will be cleared for the last time on Monday morning 1 December.

T&F Online Entries

Online Entries for the 2003 Championships are scheduled to open on the 14 October. Entries will not open till later in the evening.

Those from each school entering athletes into the competition will need the user name and password issued to them for this year’s Cross Country Championships. If you do not still have this information you will need to contact oe@nzssaa.org.nz to organise for your user name and password to be sent to your school. This process is faster if you send your request from a school e-mail address.
